A New Crypto currency is on its way to digitize the least digitized industry in the world: Construction.

This is the first time construction will have such a drastic change. A group of new and existing companies are working on AECROS. The result is a new industry called Auto-Construction.

Auto Construction will combine various existing technologies such as IoT, Blockchain, AI, Digital Twin, BIM to create a fully autonomous and most efficient construction method, never fathomable before.

‘The First Automated, Tokenized, Blockchain Construction System in the history of the world.’

[You can be a member and part of this revolution using this link – Block Members]

Robots will be able to construct buildings within nights, rather than months which is usually the case in traditional methods. And with AI, we can automate most of the tasks. With the help of blockchain and IoT, we can make the financial part buttery smooth, making the whole process a breeze.

Usually, in construction, there are many stakeholders involved from suppliers, middlemen to contractors, and lawyers. At every step of the process, certain goods must be transported, recorded, stored, utilized, and maintained. Traditionally, all these tasks are done my man and more people need to be involved to make sure everything is taken care of, this increases the cost and time for the project.

AECROS is developing Modular Building Units (MBU), which are customizable finished building blocks with embedded IoT sensors and civil requirements. Design and Engineering of these blocks are simplified and perfected with the help of Building Information Modelling

These standardized blocks are mass-produced in factories and then transported to the site of construction. These blocks are self-complete. The modularity of these blocks allows consumers to replace specific blocks, buy individual blocks, and reuse them or resell them rather than demolishing the building.

By nature, these building blocks provide the most efficient, cost-effective, and green way of construction. The re-use-a-block system allows for a phenomenon unheard of in construction, and this makes the process of building demolition extinct by a new process called deconstruction.

Rather than creating tones of waste through demolition, Block Members’ Superblocks can be deconstructed in the same way one would deconstruct a LEGO construct.

With IoT, we can track everything and with blockchain, we can backtrack all the transactions. Blockchain will build trust amongst the stakeholders as the same information will be available to everyone. Using smart contracts (fancy code in blockchain network which is executed when certain conditions are made) all the payments are done automatically when a task is completed, which is the major problem with traditional methods.

No hassle for workers, contractors, suppliers, and owners. Everyone is happy and the whole process is cleaner, simpler, cheaper, streamlined, and faster.

This is the first time blockchain is seeing it’s vital use case, and we have the potential to surpass bitcoin. I know every crypto claims that don’t take our word for it, look at the stats-

“According to Economic Research Council: The global construction industry is expected to reach an estimated $10.5 trillion by 2023, and it is forecast to grow at a CAGR of 4.2% from 2018 to 2023.” Construction is the least digitized industry in the world. So, it is a huge market with near-infinite opportunities.

Block Members intends to revolutionize home and construction financing, with the Block Exchange platform, AKA BEX. To democratize the new industry, the Block Members program allows everyone to buy a stake with Membership Placeholder Tokens at a low starting price.

The Blocks are referred to as Modular Building Units or MBUs. These blocks will trade on exchange, and assist with home ownership via trade, and gradual financing. These units are self complete with engineering and financial/value standardization. This is enabled with tokenization via ERC 20s tokens, ERC 1155 and ER 721 NFTs. These trade on exchange as financing for block mass production and financing.

Not only does the system include building modules, but also an entire system of leveling rails, conduit interconnect grids, vacuum connections and service features. The AECROS system can use both common cranes or intelligent cranes to assemble buildings.

Block Members provides easy access for everyone to enjoy the benefits of the new AC industry. The AC industry is set to grow globally into a new commercial and residential global ecosystem.

The Block Exchange

The Member Block holdings grow as industry trade grows. There will be increasing demand over time. Members who cash out their Block NFTs (take delivery for a building), may still keep their MP tokens for future use on exchange. For completed homes, only 1MP would be required to enable realtors to sell the homes. In addition to this use, MPs will be further utilized for entry into Data Processing and Energy Distribution networks later within the AC ecosystem.

The Block Trading Platform: “BEX”

The first use of blockchain within AECROS is to build the Block Exchange Trading Platform. This enables traders to build block inventory (i.e.; Members block holdings) on the exchange. Physical block production parallels this exchange inventory, moving through the supply chain, and exiting the exchange into the physical market. Profits and supply now become predictable and repeatable.

Throughout the history of the AEC and R industries, trust and reliability have both been points of failure. Countless projects around the globe have collapsed due to trust issues wasting trillions in productivity. Immutable ledgers provide the missing key to this problem. Operational records are made transparent and secure, creating trust and consistency between parties.

Automated Finance can guarantee product and financing availability within minutes of project inception, and even govern the design process to maintain preset financing parameters.

Predictable outcomes are of high value in AEC and R. In the construction process, it is easiest to imagine the building as a puzzle. Each modular building unit has a unique, but repeatable specifications and functions. Block chain tracks these puzzle pieces to organize, record, and connect each specific unit to work together.

Block Members created the first digital ERC20 token that will allow Members trading access. The Membership accesses the tangible value of each Block trade on the Block Exchange. The resulting supply supports the Automated Construction industry. This exchange is also a pioneering platform in the market. The ERC 20 Membership token is referred to as a Membership Placeholder. The Block/ NFT is both a physical block, and NFT is an ERC 721 or ERC 1155.

The sale of the MP is limited to 120 million MPs. Members will be able to support the growth and development of Auto Construction, and in return benefit from the growth. This new industry will change construction and housing positively through reduced costs and waste, resulting in safer higher quality housing, and making home ownership more accessible to all.

Trade one Block Requires staking one MP on the exchange account while trading.

If a member has only one MP, he will be able to buy and sell 1 block/ modular building unit repeatedly.  This may result in growth exponentially of a member’s holdings over time giving more profitability and liquidity. A member will be able to trade with just one block, as their assets increase they will have the option to trade thousands in this way.

Block Members will build module inventory for homes and buildings, in a digital and transparent way without entering the physical world. Block Members will be offering everyone the chance to improve their lives and everyone will be able to enjoy the efficacy of blockchain technology through the use of NFTs by providing construction utility with trade authorized by the tokenized Memberships.

Robots are poised to revolutionize the construction industry thanks to many recent advances in robotic development and even self driven cars.

Construction is one of the world’s least digitized, least automated sectors, placing robotics as a revolutionary change in construction. Auto-Construction is a new industry that automates the end-to-end real estate construction process. To accomplish this, Auto-Construction must integrate many groundbreaking advances into one system.

AECROS involves engineering of special Blocks or Self-Complete Modular Building Units.

The production efficiency of manufacturing and farming has risen 1,400 percent from 1946, but in construction, these have barely risen. By harnessing these same advances in manufacturing and applying mass production, we can greatly accelerate construction.

Robotics cannot typically complete the complex tasks required for construction. Old manual methods require trades that are simply too complex for a robot to complete. When many trades are applied together, this difficulty is compounded. A simplified approach reduces the construction to Modules aka Blocks. These offer a far simpler assembly by not requiring complex finishing in-situ. Finishing is best completed in modern and very advanced factories. Robots on site can simply place blocks.

Construction is a global business worth 10 trillion dollars annually, often hampered by incompetence. There are approximately 200,000 unfilled vacancies in the U.S. construction industry. 98 percent of building projects run over budget on aggregate.

Considering ineffective procedures, substantial lost productivity, regular accidents and even labor shortages, construction ready for disruption. Construction processes are still largely dependent on the manual system but with robotics a variety of amazing new applications are right around the corner.

The Robotic Construction sector is expanding at an extremely fast pace and shows no signs of stopping down. Auto Construction Partners are on the leading edge of this development. Phase Space Robotics completed the worlds largest robotic crane for the US navy, and more amazing advances are under way.

High-cost equipment procurement and maintenance is one of the problems facing construction robotics implementation. The heavy cost of building robotics technological development, autonomous vehicles are very costly. AECROS answers this by enabling block assembly to accelerate the building process, thereby enhancing the revenue stream from each robotic crane. If one auto-constructor drone can assemble 5 blocks in 5 minutes, a building worth millions can be assembled in just a few weeks. This makes the robots quite affordable in comparison to their net daily income. In other words, they have highly paid jobs, and will have unlimited work, therefore the expense per crane is well justified.

Fragmentation of the construction industry is a main challenge AECROS needed to solve. Again a modular system and the software applied, streamlines engineering and this standardizes the manufacturing process. One Finite Element model can be used to make millions of blocks. Every block holds similar value and common specifications can be recorded with NFTs on blockchain. Every wall or structure becomes predictable.

This predictability eliminates wasted time reengineering every wall and structure, since these details are ironed out during system design. Repetition is the realm of Robotics.

Furthermore, the technology of automation must be Updated and held, most of which are costly to update and maintain. The industry ecosystem expands and cooperates globally, all stakeholders being aligned, to continue improving the systems required.

Owing to the need for specialty technicians to maintain robotics, historically the maintenance costs for the modern robotics systems were typically very high.

These costs can be offset by producing massive value within the Auto Construction industry. High level engineering creates very robust systems with reduced maintenance and high durability. Specialty training will be provided to construction staff who learn to use the systems from the partner companies who build them.

Construction is an inherently risky task. By assigning heavy tasks to robots, and complete more complex services with humans, we can find a balance between efficiency and effectiveness. Difficult, dangerous and repetitive work can be completed rapidly, enabling human workers to perform more complex processes. Thus, robots can enhance employee safety in construction settings. Even small variations in operating costs can mean big savings in a $10 trillion industry. Many project fail due to insufficient margins. Safety also helps increase viability with fewer workplace injuries leading to lower operational costs. Automation for construction is enabled through superior engineering and materials, a massive breakthrough is achieved, and history is made.

AECROS addresses these issues with sophisticated engineering, automation, and an entirely new building method. Construction and housing will see positive change.

One of the world’s most important sectors of the economy is the construction sector. Construction spending in certain countries is between 9% and 15% of GDP, and up to half of the nation’s expenditure could be allocated to the built environment. The construction sector is fraught with inefficiencies despite its immense economic value.

Over the last five decades, productivity in so many other sectors has rapidly increased; however, productivity in the construction sector has barely increased and might have even declined. Robotics and automated systems can revolutionize AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) to offer many benefits.

The construction sector is one of several least automated construction sectors with thousands of years of history as manual labor. In many other industries, robotic systems and automation have proven very successful in lowering labor costs while improving efficiency and quality. Robotics are in farming, textiles, automobile manufacture and operations, even raw materials producers have automated many processes. Conventional building approaches have hit their limits. Its time for automation and robotics technology to realize opportunities and to overcome industry productivity problems. Construction robotics is an excellent way to improve operational efficiency and lower expenses.

The building sector is not without significant risk. In the USA more than 6.5 million individuals work on approximately 252,000 worksites annually. The construction sector has a fatal accident rate that is higher than any other industry. Even if people undergo appropriate and continuous training, there are risks at every worksite. Autonomous building facilities can help to mitigate these risks.

Robotic construction systems are steadily advancing around the world. In the construction industry, the reach of automation isn’t very wide yet but holds vast opportunity. Automation can extend from the financing and preliminary design phase, all the way to the operation and maintenance of the buildings.

The use of autonomous cranes AKA “Giant Robots” may be the most obvious and exciting example of automation in the Auto Construction building assembly process. These are being developed as self-driving cranes which can move and place heavy loads accurately. Building staff can remotely control the machines and experience more productive processes by having GPS functionality, and managing the motion of the machine itself through a Remote Graphic User Interface.

The potentials for both cost and time savings are valuable benefits of robotic construction. They will have dramatic effects on construction site performance as robotic technologies and capabilities continue to progress. Optimized completion of the project can contribute to the ability of computers to perform routine tasks while humans focus on the specialized tasks. Without undue fatigue, robots will run 24/7, which ensures that some phases of projects may be completed much earlier at a much lower cost than current methods.

For tasks requiring precision and speed, robots are of great assistance. In addition to physical speed, AI could quickly solve problems linked to limits of human capacity with physical tiredness.

Auto-Construction brings together a new industry of technology partners and their networks of support in the pursuit of end-to-end building automation, this partnership (ACA) harmonizes the interests of these stakeholders. There is an essential function for each partner, but the industry does not depend solely on a single individual.

The sector will respect its membership, even as many new partners join the industry globally.  These Membership Placeholders are valid in any country thanks to the distributed ledger technology of Blockchain ERC 20. Technology partners are developing transformative technologies which prepare Auto Construction for widespread construction adoption.

Autonomous machines and robotic construction are not intended to fully replace manual labor, but to increase and boost performance. In the construction industry, speed is extremely important, and because autonomous vehicles can run 24 hours a day, construction firms might see major advantages in incorporating these technologies into their construction projects. Protection is significantly enhanced since they help remove the possibility of human error and remove people from the danger zone during heavy lifting operations.

Auto Construction equipment and systems are designed for helping construction firms to fulfill the needs the industry. Faster, safer, more accurate work will lower costs. This advantage will be passed on to the consumer and housing ownership will be more available for the whole world. As Henry Ford once said, When I’m done here, pretty much everyone will have one” (a car). That statement eventually came true.

Today, Auto Construction’s team and partners are saying, “Everyone deserves to own a Home.” Let’s use these amazing new tools for everyone’s benefit.

Green Construction shouldn’t just be “green washed”..

Demand for green building is vast but even the green building industry needs structural change. When we use forests for perishable structures, we create problems that don’t go away. With AECROS, Automated Construction won’t use trees, and this is a huge change for the better. Green energy collection, green building materials, green methods without waste, green energy management and even green financing tools…this is what “green” should mean.

As green building becomes even more popular in 2022, overall economic indicators of the global construction industry are also driving the push towards increasingly green methods. The PwC-sponsored report Global Construction 2030 forecasts that the volume of construction globally will grow by 85 percent, to $15.5 trillion worldwide by 2030. Three countries, China, the U.S. and India, will lead the way with 57 percent of all global growth.

Building - home underway-carousel

Global construction expected to grow to $15.5 trillion worldwide by 2030.

Green building will experience an increasing share of that projected growth in the next 10 years. Building product manufacturers, financial institutions and technology companies will increasingly be responding to these new opportunities.

National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) economists continue to provide insight into the various U.S. regional outlooks through short- and long-term forecasts. The association gives a presentation at the International Builders Show each year.
These reports and projections are helpful guides, but even economists joke about the search for a “one hand economist”. This is because so many economic projections tell us one thing and then say, “but on the other hand” and go on to mention that the exact opposite could also happen. These perspectives are only useful to consider in planning business strategies if we can decipher their true meaning.

Green Buildings as ‘Systems’

As the demand for these buildings increases, understanding how these various components work together is an increasingly important factor. A unified system of green building is required to continue to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the industry. AECROS is one such system. Auto Construction the worlds first to change the paradigm, and take into account a holistic view of the entire industry.

To successfully design and build a green building requires knowledge of how all of the building systems work together. By using a modular and finite element approach, Auto Construction aligns Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Real Estate in the new Operating System. This is the meaning of the acronym AECROS.

AECROS streamlines the building method, eliminates waste, and brings green tech into every aspect of the resulting process. Building projects typically rely on a large team of subcontractors to each provide their specialized knowledge. A unified approach offers a logical integration of all these different specialties into one accessible system. This is the best situation for everyone, to predictably know what is happening at all levels, and be able to quickly act on this data as required.

Another useful tool for unifying data, the AECROS system platform is called the BEX. The Block Exchange Platform will bring the Block/NFT into alignment with physical Block production and pre-approved finance. Block/ NFTs contain the engineering, value and other specifications as open source information which will align all stakeholders. Thus the entire end-to-end building cycle is aligned and truly collaborative. When we speak of financial technology and crypto currency, many people wont associate this with “green” construction. The fact is that any delays in financing or logistics come at a terrible cost to our environment. When energy is wasted, money is lost. The environment and the economy both suffer. If we use the latest blockchain and fintech AKA “crypto” we are in fact saving the industry trillions in hidden costs and risks. This is no childish play-thing, this is a revolution in financial and logistical efficiencies.

With everyone informed from the beginning to end, they will be saving time, materials and mistakes to create a truly green revolution and a new construction industry.

Despite its glacial pace, construction is increasingly adopting new technology to improve efficiency. Artificial Intelligence has excellent potential as an efficient risk management tool across the industry.

As the building industry enters a new era of digitization, this challenges the industry to re-think conventional processes while unveiling new potentials.  Attempting to supplant human creativity with machines is inefficient and costly. Instead, if we can view artificial intelligence (AI) as a safeguard against mistakes, a sort of “seatbelt’ for many decision making processes, we can realize excellent outcomes.

AI can solve issues throughout the entire building industry ecosystem. As AI drives productivity increases, its adoption will grow rapidly. AI can assist operators with full cycle Building Information Management. AI can realize faster BIM estimates and greater accuracy. We can also see opportunity in on-site worker safety, materials assembly tracking, building insurance and logistics optimization.

Construction technology is described by the national institute for occupational safety as “The set of innovative instruments, machines, improvements, technology, etc. used throughout the construction of the project to make advances in field construction techniques. This also includes semi-automated and automated construction equipment.”

Auto Construction is defined as the automation of construction. Being outside the scope of simply “construction technology” AC means a total paradigm shift away from onsite manual materials handling to one of mass production. This means we require a streamlined construction method to enable this automation, and with that accomplished, AI will play an even more important role in this automation. Further to this, financial potential is unlocked when AI is paired with financial technology as applied to the entire building industry. The BEX offers a prototype for this, a Block Exchange Platform, to organize finance and logistics for the new industry. Data flows will be accurately tracked there and sent to all aspects of the new Global AC ecosystem.

Data has always been used by construction companies to increase efficiency, boost job security, and minimize risk. The difference today is that the information management has moved from the paper to software. AI will increasingly play a role in managing the decisions themselves. AI and machine learning require vast quantities of data to learn. Software and data collection have advanced to the point that this data is becoming more readily available now. As new software is developed, more opportunity is realized.

Worksite flow can be captured and AI can monitor and optimize that traffic flow. Tracking beacons and AI can combine to track individual items around the site to their correct positions in the build. Losses and mistakes will be greatly reduced. AI-powered technology such as drones and visual recognition can assist with identifying materials, equipment, staff and warn of potential hazards. This would reduce on-site accidents and employee deaths.

As Drones examine work sites by video, remote management from any region will have real-time updates. Rather than sending individuals, builders can utilize the drones to provide site visits for reporting. Real time progress updates offer actionable insights to enhance planning.

Over time, construction companies are beginning to adopt the technology. With time, improved software and new hardware is becoming available. AECROS and AC partner companies that are developing and applying construction technologies reap the benefits, leading to higher profitability for industry stakeholders.

Construction has reached the point where businesses must invest in emerging technology or risk becoming obsolete. Auto-Construction is fostering the industry through many partnerships. This brings together a growing group of businesses and systems all integrating to work together. Faster communication leads to leaner and faster building with fewer accidents and mistakes.

Auto-Construction was conceived as a high technology platform to accelerate construction. AI is poised to help that Automation deliver incredible results.
